I prefer definitely Bollywood, thus, good bye Hollywood! To be honest, I stopped watching Hollywood movies actively since some years now because I think that in Hollywood movies you just see either VIOLENCE, sex or a modest level of humour. Instead we should learn how to make the world a BETTER PLACE by becoming better human beings. Putting family and love at first place; only then followed by success, money and prestige.
When I started watching Bollywood movies I realised that I fancy this kind of movies much more because, apart from the fact that you see very very LITTLE VIOLENCE, no sex, and often more humour, it teaches you lessons for life, which I can’t say from Hollywood movies. I would say when it comes to action movies the Americans are good (I remember Firewall with Harrison Ford, and National Treasure 1 with Nicolas Cage), but when it comes to emotional movies from which you can ALWAYS learn something, then nothing can beat Bollywood movies. Values such as family, love etc. should become a bit more important in our already so violent world. I can’t think of any Hollywood movie that would have taught me important lessons for life or would have touched me in a particular way (not even Titanic). Should you have never watched any Bollywood movies until now, you definitely should do it.
