If you haven't seen the movie "Waqt - The Race against time" then please have a look at the reviews at the following webpage: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0390614/plotsummary
Lessons to be
learnt:
-
Love your child but don't spoil your child too much by fulfilling any wish. It could be that later in life they will have problems to be independent. Teach them that everything needs to be earned honestly and with hard work.
-
If you suffer from any kind of cancer, tell your kids about it. Don't wait until you are dead in order to let them realize that they lost you. Give them the chance to show you how much they love you. It's good for your soul. Your kid could also think: I wished I could have …… once you were still alive, but unfortunately they couldn't because they didn't know how serious your illness was.
-
Be aware of your responsibilities as a man, once you decide to set up your own family. Don't expect your parents to maintain you. Show your wife that you can take your life in your own hands and that you take care of your family by yourself by working hard.
-
Remember that a father might kick you out of the house but in the end he will still love you. He might have done it only to help you to learn to stand on your own feet.
If you learnt something that I haven't mentioned then please let me know.
Thanks.
